The ARCUS® Cutting System will transform your circular saw into a perfect circle or an arc cutting saw. This enables the professional and even the novice to cut a perfect circle or arch in seconds. The One Minute Arch is an example of a perfect circle cut in half to make both sides of the perfect arch. The finish is so smooth no sanding is needed for wood or composite decks, for projects such as maple table top a fine grit sandpaper is all that is needed before sealing. The System includes a specially designed ARCUS® Contoured Professional Circular Saw Blade and the ARCUS® Professional Guide.

The New Revolutionary Patent Pending ARCUS® Contoured Professional Circular Saw Blade cuts arcs or circles from 30 inches in diameter to 30 feet plus. Cuts can be started at the edge, or you may use a plunge cut. For a straight edge adjust the bevel angel 5 to 10 degrees depending on the saw. The blade can be used freehanded to make arch cuts with more than one radius, curve cuts, circle cuts and designer cuts.

ARCUS® Professional Circular Saw Blade is a 7 1/4 " contoured
circular saw blade with 24 teeth, ATB, C-6 carbide tips and a 5/8" round arbor. Blade plate is .054 thick to provide stability and long life. Wide cutting kerf is 3/16 inch, this wide cutting kerf allows the contoured blade to go through the cut with ease. The anti stick coating reduces friction so there is less gum up. The tempered blade is a full hardened body, yet maintains flexibility. Materials that can be cut are wood, plastic, and fiberglass. The C-6 carbide tips can cut through nails, but is not recommended for metal.

The ARCUS® Professional Circular Saw Blade fits most circular saws.

The ARCUS® Compass Saw Guide helps in cutting a precise circle or arch and attaches to your circular saw. It easily adjusts from a 30" to 54" circle. For cutting larger arches and circles the ARCUS" Professional Guide is available in large 6' to 12' and extra large 8' to 16'. The ARCUS® Compass Saw Guide is made of rigid 14 gauge tubular steel that will not bend or flex and it is welded for durability. Two half's of the perfect is the perfect arch

The Plywood used was 3/4 inch and the circle cut was 32".

The opening on the arch is 16" height and 32" inches wide.

Freehand Cut

I had never used a circular saw in my life before developing the ARCUS" Blade. This is my first cut ever with a circular saw, the S curve is made from OSB the height is 54" and the width is 4".
